Breathing & Meditation Workshop
The best gift we can give ourselves is to allow our body and mind to de-stress and relax deeply.
During this workshop, you'll enjoy a guided, candle-lit meditation and aromatherapy with your meditation guide, Raime.
You'll learn about specific breathing techniques to help reduce stress and calm the mind and body. Each person in class will leave with a lavender scented eye pillow and a printed handout with practical techniques that you can immediately begin adding to your daily life.

Ready to find your zen?
EPRC will provide some yoga mats for you to use, but you are encouraged to bring your own mat or yoga pillow.
Tips to make your experience even better:
• Come dressed comfortably & try not to eat a large meal beforehand.
• Silence all cell phones & wearables.
• Leave your jewelry at home and please do not wear heavy perfume or cologne.
• We urge you to arrive on time. Doors will close and class will promptly begin at 6:30pm.
