START OF SUMMER Boot Camp begins Monday, April 1st!
This will be a 4 week program for ALL fitness levels. Those hour-long workouts will be professionally guided and versatile!

Kalli offers high energy, supportive group workouts for all fitness levels, and delivers some great results... just in time for pool season!

Class will meet at 6pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.

This camp's workouts incorporate:

• HIIT Circuits
• Cardio drills
• Resistance training
• Kettle bells
• Battle ropes
• Bands
• Yoga
• Pilates

Are you ready?

Want to increase the intensity of your boot camp workouts? We recommend purchasing fitness gear like gloves or a weighted vest.

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
