September 16th - October 11th
Choose your class time: 5AM OR 6PM every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
This will be a 4 week program for ALL fitness levels. Workouts will be professionally guided and versatile! This camp will feature functional fitness training that better prepares the body for real-world activities like climbing stairs and lifting groceries. Your comprehensive workouts will be designed to work the upper & lower body and core!
This camp's workouts incorporate:
- Full Body Sculpting and Toning
- Bosu Ball
- Medicine Balls
- Resistance Training
- Band Work

Want to increase the intensity of your boot camp workouts? We recommend purchasing fitness gear like gloves or a weighted vest.
If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
