Fall Fitness Bootcamp

Bootcamp begins Monday, October 15th!
This will be a 4 week program for ALL fitness levels. This hour-long workout will have professionally guided, versatile workouts!
Class that will meet at 6pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Some days class will be outdoors while other days will be indoors.
This camp's workouts incorporate:

Want to increase the intensity of your boot camp workouts? We recommend purchasing fitness gear like gloves or a weighted vest.
