CHOOSE TO LOSE Bootcamp begins Monday, January 7th!
This will be a 4 week program for ALL fitness levels. Those hour-long workouts will be professionally guided and versatile!

This 4 week high intensity program will help you build your foundation stronger than you’ve ever had. We’re giving you the tools to start the year off on your best foot to live your healthiest life.

Class that will meet at 6pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in Basketball Court 2.

This camp's workouts incorporate:

• HIIT Circuits
• Cardio drills
• Resistance training
• Kettle bells
• Battle ropes
• Bands
• Yoga
• Pilates

Camp cost includes a starter bag with:

• A personal workout journal
• Compression socks
• A collapsible water bottle
• Your own resistance band
• Energy drinks

Want to increase the intensity of your boot camp workouts? We recommend purchasing fitness gear like gloves or a weighted vest.
