Enjoy a full lineup of group exercise classes with your Eagle Pointe Recreation Complex membership at no additional cost to you. Select the class you wish to join and come at the appointed time - it's that easy! With about 50 exercise classes a week to choose from our dynamic sessions will tone muscle, burn calories, increase stamina and reduce stress. Our nationally certified instructors are energetic, friendly and dedicated to your exercise enjoyment. Our facility has a dedicated group cycling studio and a separate room for group exercise, designed with a special spring-loaded floor to reduce impact on your joints. Our core exercise classes include the following with variations within each category: Ab-Express, Pilates, Body Pump, Cycling, Yoga, and Water Aerobics.

The more classes you participate in, the more points you’ll earn and the more entries you can drop in the bowl. There’s no limit to the number of classes you can take.
We will track your overall progress.

You must be present in class to earn your points and enter the raffles. You do not have to be present to win / when we announce winners.


Mom Strong classes are stroller-based workouts designed for moms with their babies. Your instructor will offer a variety of classes both indoors and outdoors, with each 60-minute workout incorporating power walking, strength, toning, and activities.

Mom Strong Barre is a class which incorporates movements from pilates, ballet and barre methods to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre- and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses tubing, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience.


You must reserve you spot in class monthly.

What’s the cost?
We've made the monthly pass FREE for members with an annual membership, as well as 1, 3, & 6 month prepaid membership holders.
For nonmembers interested in taking the class, there is a monthly fee of $35.

Class Descriptions


A vigorous, non-stop cardio routine that is low impact on joints to increase muscle tone and strength, and improved flexibility.

An invigorating workout, utilizing foam dumbbells, noodles, aqua fins, and tubes.

A powerful H2O workout that will push you with a mix of swimming drills and water aerobics.
Not a beginner’s class.


We focus on Pilates-based exercises in the pool that build strength in the deep muscles of the abdomen.

An energetic water workout utilizing the water’s resistance to build strength and power.

This 15 minute class will be a cool down for the 8:00am class, as well as a warm up for the 9:00am class early birds. Slow paced with core exercises. This mini class does not include stretching.

This class is all about core strengthening and lengthening as well as improving balance, flexibility and stability. Ballet barre and center technique as well as Pilates movements are the fundamentals of this class.

With some seriously motivational music playing, we’ll get your body moving and give you a terrific workout. By hitting all of your major muscle groups with low weights, BODYPUMP™ will sculpt your legs, chest, back, shoulders and abdominals with a satisfying stretch at the end!

30 minutes of BODYPUMP and 30 minutes of SPINNING.


A complete high energy cardio and sculpting class using weights, bands, body bars and jump ropes.


This class is an exhilarating, indoor workout set to great music and instruction! This exciting intense workout is done on a stationary bike. Bring your water bottle, towel and a gel seat.

This class challenges your muscular, cardiovascular, and mental endurance. Instructor encourages you to push harder than you knew you could!


Tues/Thurs @ 9am:  Kids 6 – 12 have fun getting exercise with games obstacle courses, swimming and sports related drills. Summer Only Class.


Don’t let the name scare you! MAX Interval Training. This is a high intensity cardio workout that utilizes your own body weight for resistance.


Intervals of high intensity cardio and sculpting moves using body weight, dumbbells and bands. Lots of core work for 6 pack abs! Interval at its best!

Mix it up on Mondays! A little bit of everything! Step, Hi/Lo Cardio, Cycling, Kickboxing, and Resistance Training. You won’t get bored in this class!

This 30 minute class will transform your body. Utilizing the classical Pilates methods and small props (bands, balls, weights, etc.) Pilates Express is fun and challenging!

A unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability.


A variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.


A transformative mind, body & soul cardiovascular dance workout; full of fun, effective, energetic and easy-to-follow dance routines. Soul grooves combines hip hop, Latin, and athletic movements into a 60 minute experience.      Fitness Level | All

A stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs, and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors.


Total Body Conditioning. This class uses a boot camp format.


Experience the mind and body working together as a whole using strength, flexibility and the flow of movement while emphasizing control and breathing. This class is great for reducing stress. Bring a sticky mat. Fitness Level | All

Ditch the workout and join the party! This is a Latin based aerobics class. Dance your way to a fitter you with exciting Latin moves and rhythms. No dance experience needed. Fun for all!

For active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination.
