This special summer boot camp begins on Tuesday, May 29th!
This will be a 4 week program for ALL fitness levels. This hour-long workout is fun for the whole family. No kids? No problem! Bring your baby or toddler to class with you – no childcare required!
You'll have professionally guided, versatile workouts with Kalli at 6pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
We welcome ALL fitness levels and this is not “just a strolling” class, you will work hard and be rewarded with results.
This camp's workouts incorporate:
|• resistance training
• kettle bells
• battle ropes
|• cardio drills
• barre work
Child Watch will be available or children can play off to the side while you workout. Kids under 4 need to be in a stroller.
