Summer Sweat Session
It's time to get that body movin’ for the summer season ahead! Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone this summer and sweat a little. Cameron is charging into summer with a fresh, new fitness program aimed at helping you crush your goals and get that beach body back.
The next session starts Monday, June 12th! This will be a 4 week high intensity interval program, priced at $99 per person. Class time is 5:00AM or 7:00PM Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
There are no gimmicks! You'll receive:
. • Choice of an AM or PM class
. • Measurements (optional)
. • HIIT circuits
. • Bodyweight Tabata workouts
. • Plenty of cardio
Want to increase the intensity of your boot camp workouts? We recommend purchasing fitness gear like gloves or a weighted vest.
