Private Swim Lessons for Adults

Available for all ages and abilities, whether you are learning to swim for the first time or training for a triathlon.  All private and semi-private lessons are 30 minute sessions and scheduled based on instructor availability for the requested time.

Private Swim Lesson Fees:
One Student $20 per student ($25 non-member)
Two Students $30 for both ($35 non-members)

Private lesson packages:
Eight lessons $157 ($197 non-member)

Semi-private lesson packages:
Eight lessons $235 ($275 non-member)

Before your first lesson:
Fill out the form and bring a copy of our Waiver with you to your first lesson.

If you do not have access to a printer, we have waivers available at the front desk. Allot a few minutes to complete one before your first lesson.

Group Swim Lessons

Available for all ages and ability levels!

These 30 minute lessons are scheduled on Monday and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. You'll get 3 weeks of lessons.
Cost: $40 for EPRC Members  /  $50 for nonmembers

Here's what you'll learn:
Learning the Basics
   • Help participants gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes
   • Teach skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water and to help themselves or others in an aquatic emergency

Improving Skills and Swimming Strokes
   •  Improve participants’ proficiency in basic aquatic skills and the six basic swimming strokes
   •  Teach skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water and to help themselves or others in an aquatic emergency

Participants must be:
   •  Comfortable in chest-deep water.
   •  Able to put their face in the water.
   •   Able to perform strokes that can be recognized as front crawl, breaststroke and back crawl, each for 25 yards.

Swimming for Fitness
  •  Refine participants’ front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke strokes and turns and build endurance
  •  Teach skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water
Participants must be able to swim the following strokes:
  •  Front crawl, 25 yards
  •  Breaststroke, 15 yards
  •  Back crawl, 25 yards
